Character Design - Cheerful Guide

Practicing on coming up with original character designs.
This was based on a little sketch I made back in 2017, that I dusted off and made into a nicer illustration.

May be like an NPC in a fantasy game whose happy to take you for a tour around some colorful city and it's many shops full of exotic wares! Or he's a prince in disguise?! This was a lot of fun to work on.
I'm somehow going through a yellow phase.
